We currently have one major and a few minor projects on the go! The Beyond the Sea Project is progressing well and we are also working on a few custom homes.
The Beyond the Sea Project by Empire Communities; is a 3 Phase, 3 Hi-Rise Residential Building Complex with linked garage in Etobicoke, Ontario is progressing well and currently is on the P1 Garage Level Slab.
The Promenade Park (Phase II) Project has now been completed by the State Building Group; a 19 Storey Hi-Rise Residential Building complex in Thornhill, Ontario.
In addition, we have recently completed Vineyard's Phase 3 by Empire Communities, and Ambria Country Estate Condominiums Project by the Rice Development Group.
